As a designated driver, fans pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and to provide responsible transportation for all members of their group. While the designated driver program is only in operation for select events, the Denver Broncos, Bud Light and Centerplate remind you that it is always important to drink responsibly and to drive safely.

In addition, the Broncos, Stadium Management Company, LLC and their business partners are proud members of TEAM Coalition. TEAM Coalition is an alliance of professional sports, entertainment facilities, concessionaires, the beer industry, broadcasters, governmental traffic safety experts and others working together to promote responsible drinking and positive fan behavior at sports and entertainment facilities. Participating in TEAM Coalition and utilizing its many resources to better train staff in safe effective alcohol management techniques enables the stadium to work under one alcohol management training program. TEAM stands on three main principles: alcohol service policies, alcohol management training for stadium employees and programs for fans to manage alcohol responsibly, such as designated driver programs.

Designated Driver Challenge
The Denver Broncos will compete against AFC West Rivals, San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs for the Designated Driver Challenge.  The Broncos will compete with each team to have the most fans pledge to be a designated driver for games in which the Broncos play the other team.

  • TOUCHDOWN = 6 points for all in-stadium designated driver pledges
  • EXTRA POINT = 1 point for all Facebook "Likes" in response to program posts
