COLLEGE: Tamme started 37-of-48 career games at the University of Kentucky and totaled 1,417 yards and 11 touchdowns on his 133 receptions that ranked first in school history and second all-time in Southeastern Conference annals among tight ends... Earned first-team All-SEC honors following his final two seasons and received a National Scholar-Athlete Award from the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame as a senior... Recognized as a finalist for the Draddy Award (Academic Heisman) and was selected to the National Good Works team and SEC Community Service Team.

PERSONAL: Tamme played wide receiver and defensive back at Boyle County High School in Danville, Ky., where he totaled 97 receptions for 1,866 yards (19.2 avg.) with 32 touchdowns and 23 interceptions for his prep career...
