Emergencies Don't Wait. Neither Should You.

HealthONE is the FIRST hospital system in Colorado to post ER wait times for its facilities across the metro area - as well as wait times at all HealthONE Pediatric ERs. The ER Wait Time represents the approximate time it takes for a patient to see an ER provider (physician, P.A. or nurse practitioner) after arrival to begin treatment. View Average ER Wait Times

HealthONE Goal: See each adult patient within 30 minutes of check-in at the ER and each pediatric patient within 20 minutes of check-in (far below the national 1-hour average wait time). We will update our wait times every 30 minutes to reflect the average during the past 4 hours. Additionally, we post separate pediatric wait times, which reflect the average over the past 24 hours.

Download HealthONE's iPhone app, HealthONE Fast LocatER, to find the closest ER, get ER Wait Times, connect by phone to the nearest HealthONE ER, receive driving directions to any HealthONE ER, connect to 9-1-1, find a physician and make an appointment request. Helping Your Body With Hydration
Hydration should begin before practice.  Drinking 16 ounces of water one hour before exertion is recommended.  Hydration should then continue with 4-8 ounces of fluid every 15-20 minutes for as long as exertion continues.  Water is the best form of hydration for you but if you prefer something else to hydrate you, do you not confuse energy drinks with sports drinks.  Energy drinks contain high levels of sugar and caffeine, dehydrate the body and cause a crash, whereas sports drinks replenish vitamins and hydrate the body.  REMEMBER, thirst is not an indicator of dehydration, but you should not become thirsty if you are hydrating correctly.  Visit HealthONEcares.com for more information on how to stay hydrated.
