This week: running backs.

TOP PROSPECTS AT THE POSITION:

MONTEE BALL

• CAREER STATS: 924 carries, 5,140 yards, 77 TDs
• COMBINE: 4.66 40-yd. dash, 15 bench reps, 32 in. vert. jump
On who he models his game after:
"I try to model my game after Terrell Davis. He’s my idol. But I hear a lot and I’ve been watching a lot of tape ... I feel like I run a lot like Curtis Martin. We’re very balanced overall and very consistent."
Player
GIOVANI BERNARD
Player • POSITION: Running Back
• COLLEGE: North Carolina
• HEIGHT: 5'8"
• WEIGHT: 202

• COMBINE: 4.53 40-yd. dash, 19 bench reps, 33.5 in. vert. jump
On his versatility:
"The biggest thing for me is being able to do everything. You don't want to limit yourself to just being able to run the ball or catch the ball. You want to be able to do everything, from run-blocking to pass-blocking to running the ball, catching the ball, punt returning, kick returning. You want to be able to be that guy. It's just a matter of having the opportunity to get on the field. And the more you can do, the more opportunities you're going to have."
ANDRE ELLINGTON

On how he fits in at the NFL level:
"I’m capable of being an every down guy. Not the biggest guy, but I can do some of the things some of the biggest guys can do, if not better. I can play first down throughout third, or go in there on a 4th-and-1, squeeze through a hole and make a first down."

"There are a lot of great running backs. I love watching all of them. But I feel every running back is totally different and has their own swag and own style of play. Every day, I just try to make Johnathan Franklin the best he can be."
EDDIE LACY
• POSITION: Running Back
• COLLEGE: Alabama
• HEIGHT: 5'11"
• WEIGHT: 231
• CAREER STATS: 355 carries, 2,402 yards, 30 TDs

On producing in the biggest games:
